Larapinta Trek for ShelterBox disaster relief

ShelterBox is an international disaster relief charity that specialises in emergency shelter. ShelterBox Australia's Larapinta Trek 2019 aims to raise funds and awareness to assist families that have lost everything to natural disaster and humanitarian crisis.

ShelterBox is also a Project partner of Rotary International and enjoys the support of Rotarians around the world.

The Larapinta Trail is regarded as one of Australia’s premier walking tracks. From the old Alice Springs Telegraph Station to the peak of Mount Sonder, the trail stretches 223 kilometres along the backbone of the West MacDonnell Ranges. Over 5 days of trekking, you will cover 60 kilometres of this iconic track.

We are offering sole naming rights for next year's adventure and welcome corporate participation in the trek.

We can also offer a corporate training day/weekend to the successful sponsor, where participants experience scenarios from real disaster relief deployments. Please don't hesitate to contact us for more details
